Located in charming Downtown Gig Harbor, Brix 25° Restaurant has been hailed as one of the best restaurants in the Northwest. The intimate, warm and welcoming interior of Brix 25° sets the stage for romantic evenings, casual dinners and family events.

Maybe it is because everyone is doing it now but we don’t think our Wednesday Night Event gets the praise it deserves.  You have all seen the signs, read the emails, heard the advertisement…Half Price Bottled Wine!!!  But is it really the same?  We doubt it (for some convincing reasons).

  • We have over 175 bottles on the list, representing 115 different wineries.
  • We are dedicated to the Northwest wine movement, sourcing all of our wines from Washington and Oregon.
  • We were the first restaurant outside of King Count to receive the coveted "Restaurant of the Year Award" for our wine list.

So see?  Our half priced Wine Wednesday is different and deserves the praise!  Stop in on a Wednesday soon, bottles of wine are half price.

Hand Crafted Cocktails

After weeks of practice (yes, we love our jobs), our new cocktail menu is ready for consumption.  We look like mad scientists behind the bar, mixing potions and treacles, chopping fruit, infusing and tasting.  And like our food, our cocktails are scratch made.

This fall the lure of bourbon and rye was strong and we succumbed.  Look for peppercorn and orange infused rye; bourbon with brown sugar and chamomile; even bourbon with a touch of douglas fir.  

Other liquors weren’t ignored – gin and rum, usually summer time staples were crafted into some remarkable fall cocktails.  The rum was spiced and makes a daiquiri like you have never had before and the gin makes two appearances; once with a touch of sage and the other with violette – both make you forget the standard G&T.

And we continue to play with our friends’ creations from Heritage Distillery (with them just a block away it is so easy to sample).  Look for their Ginger Vodka in a luxurious cocktail.

Happy hour daily from 4:30 to 7:00 pm. and all day Saturday (at the bar and in the lounge only).  Try the autumn cocktails with the latest appetizers from the chef team.
